Watch Guide: Week 11

Week 11 is here as the college football season is flying by and I am still kicking Johnathan's butt in the picks. Last week was not great for either of us as we both struggled (JK: 2-6 and Sean: 3-5) and Florida State lost a tough one to Clemson.
JK: 25-31 Sean: 36-19

We have a solid slate of games this week with a couple of possible upsets brewing and another week provides another opportunity for the Big 12 to play no defense.

Pittsburgh (6-3) @ Duke (6-3) 12:00 ESPNNews
In this EPIC showdown of ACC Coastal POWERS, Pitt travels to Duke to see if they can win for a chance to stay even with North Carolina for the Coastal crown. Duke looks to bounce back after the nice trouncing they took against North Carolina last week. Pitt continues to be above average every year so look for them to go into Durham and leave with a victory.

#3 Alabama (8-1) @ #20 Mississppi State (7-2) 3:30 CBS
I want to apologize to Nick Saban as last week I doubted him and picked LSU. For that I will no longer pick against Bama. Now to the game. This should an interesting one because Alabama is coming off a huge victory and Mississippi State lost a teammate, Keith Joseph Jr., to a tragic car accident last week. It is at home and Starkville will be rocking as they try to honor his their fallen teammate. Look for Dak Prescott and Mississippi State to jump out early only to fall short of beating Alabama as Derrick Henry breaks out another Heisman performance. Bulldog emotions will be high and this could possibly be the best game this weekend.

Miami (6-3) @ #17 North Carolina (8-1) 3:30 ESPNU
Is there a team flying more under the radar than the Tar Heels? Carolina will likely not be a threat in the College Football Playoff but they could ruin Clemson's season in the ACC Championship. Before the Tar Heels play Clemson they must take care of business as Miami comes in to Chapel Hill. Look for Brad Kaaya and the Canes to put up some sort of fight until the Tar Heels prove to be too much for them. It's okay Miami at least you kind of beat Duke.

#25 Memphis (8-1) @ #16 Houston (9-0) 7:00 ESPN 2
This could be one of the most entertaining games in the entire season. Paxton Lynch and Greg Ward Jr. are two of the most underrated quarterbacks in the nation. Both lead high octane offenses. Lynch is deadly with his arm and Ward causes havoc with his arm and his legs. This game could be an absolute shootout with the score possibly being over 100 points combined. Keep an eye on this game and especially on this Houston team if they come out on top.

Arkansas (5-4) @ #9 LSU (7-1) 7:15 ESPN
Arkansas won against Ole Miss last week in one of the craziest finishes I have ever seen and now they take on rival LSU, who is coming off a nice butt whooping from Alabama. Look for LSU to win a close one and Leonard Fournette to retake the lead in the Heisman race by running for 200+ yards against another mediocre SEC defense. Also Bret Bielema, I have a strong feeling you smell like cheese.
JK: LSU    Sean: LSU

Oregon (6-3) @ #7 Stanford (8-1) 7:30 Fox
This has been the Pac 12's game of the year for the last five years and this year there is little-to-no-hype surrounding this game. I think Oregon could pull off the upset as Stanford might be looking ahead at that showdown against Notre Dame on November 28th but I think Kevin Hogan will lead a game winning drive as the Ducks continue to spiral downhill.
JK: Stanford    Sean: Stanford

#12 Oklahoma (8-1) @ #4 Baylor (8-0) 8:00 ABC
The game everyone will be watching and no defense will be playing in, as the Sooners and Bears collide. Baker Mayfield vs Jarrett Stidham should be a great quarterback matchup. Mayfield is a sleeper Heisman pick if Oklahoma wins out but that will be tough to do vs 3 top 15 teams. While he is a freshman, I believe Stidham will announce himself to the nation with a big performance and Corey Coleman will have 200+ yards of receiving and 3 TDs. Bob Stoops deserves a statue for being continually just above average.
JK: Oklahoma    Sean: Baylor

Washington State (6-3) @ #18 UCLA (7-2) 10:45 ESPN
The Cougars are making a name for themselves other than having their flag at College Gameday every Saturday as Mike Leach and his typical air raid offense has taken over. That being said, UCLA is no push over and I see the Bruins winning a shootout over the Cougars. There are confirmed reports that Josh Rosen used to have a hot tub in his dorm so he is the real winner here.
