Watch Guide: Week 4

Sean took a two game lead last week by getting lucky with Northwestern and Ole Miss. This week will give us a series of matchups that will define the Pac-12 landscape along with a few other intriguing games. Let's take a look.

#3 TCU (3-0) @ Texas Tech (3-0) 4:45 FOX
TCU has bounced back since its near-upset in week one but it's defense was suspect last week vs. SMU giving up 508 yards and 37 points. The Red Raiders on the other hand had a nice win over the consistently most overrated team in the nation, Arkansas. Tech is averaging the 3rd most passing yards in the nation and TCU stands at 8 - this game should be hella-entertaining.
Who to root for and why: Texas Tech because Gary Patterson is the second biggest jerk in college football (Harbaugh) and this would be a huge upset, helping FSU's distant playoff chances.

#9 UCLA (3-0) @ #16 Arizona (3-0) 8:00 ABC
This is a big one for us at Renegade Sports. UCLA and Zone are each two of our favorite teams this year. Sean is big on UCLA while I am a fan of the better team, the Arizona Wildcats. Each have exciting quarterback-running back duos and Arizona is expecting LB Scooby Wright - widely regarded as the best linebacker in the country - to return for this prime-time showdown.
W2R4&Y: Arizona because I picked them and I said so.

#14 Texas A&M (3-0) @ Arkansas (1-2) 7:00 ESPN
Can Arkansas get a decent win in the first half of the season for the first time in... forever? We will see. A&M had a nice win over Arizona State in week one and quarterback Kyle Allen has had a pretty good start to the season. Arkansas should still be a team that can make some noise but have really struggled in their last two games (losses to Toledo and Texas A&M).
W2R4&Y: Arkansas - down with the SEC!

#18 Utah (3-0) @ #13 Oregon (2-1) 8:30 FOX
The Utes will finally be tested by a real team in Oregon. I really like Utah, especially freshman receiver Britain Covey who, as a scrawny white guy, I live vicariously through. The Ducks still don't play much defense. This should be an exciting game, seeing if they can get back on track.
W2R4&Y: Utah - Covey and 2014 Rose Bowl
Sean: Oregon JK: Oregon

#19 USC (2-1) @ Arizona State (2-1) 10:30 ESPN
USC took a huge blow to their playoff hopes last week, losing at home to Stanford. The Trojans are 13th in the country in passing yards per game led by now-Heisman-longshot Cody Kessler. Arizona State's offense is facing the beginning of a five game stretch that includes four top-20 teams (#19 USC, #9 UCLA, #18 Utah, #13 Oregon). They had better get on track if they want to save the season.
W2R4&Y: USC, it would be fun to see them rebound and get back in the race behind Kessler (10 TD, 0 Int so far this season)
Sean: USC JK: USC

Tennessee (2-1) @ UF (3-0) 3:30 CBS
Tennessee is tied for 16th in the country in rushing yards, averaging 246 per game on the back of their 6'4", 240-lb back Jalen Hurd. UF has been pretty unimpressive but their schedule continues to get a little more difficult. Grier will be their starter after Treon Harris and defensive back Jalen Tabor were suspended for failing and refusing a drug test, respectively.

California (3-0) @ Washington (2-1) 5:00 Pac-12 Network
Jared Goff continues to put up numbers under the radar, he stands 8th in the nation in quarterback rating. Washington's defense has been the story for the Huskies so far this season, allowing the 11th fewest points in the nation. Mr. Goff will have something to say about that. This should be a high scoring affair.
W2R4&Y: Cal - Goff for Heisman.
Sean: California JK: California

Mississippi State (2-1) @ Auburn (2-1) 7:30 ESPN2
The biggest disappointment in college football will be starting a new quarterback in true freshman Sean White (#2 rated pocket passer of 2014 class by ESPN). The Bulldogs narrowly dropped a game to LSU two weeks ago but are still alive in the hunt and Dak Prescott is off to another solid start at quarterback. White's performance could alter the direction this team is going and catapult them back into the discussion.
W2R4&Y: Auburn, this game doesn't matter to FSU and I kinda want to see them get back to the top.
